Pay Online

Whitlow Dental Care now offers the convenience of online payment for all patients. Whether you’re paying for a recent visit or settling a balance, our secure online system makes it easy to take care of your bill from the comfort of home—anytime, anywhere.

Insurance & Financing

We are contracted with Delta Dental Premier but we are also able to bill any PPO insurance plan. We can file the claims on your behalf, saving you the time and hassle. We can also give you an estimate of your out-of-pocket and what we estimate your insurance plan to pay. Please note that we do not guarantee insurance reimbursement outcomes. While we make every effort to maximize your reimbursement, you are responsible for all fees in their entirety. We also offer financing options, including CareCredit and Cherry. You can find out more about those options by clicking the links below!

Frequently Asked Questions

HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) and PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) are two common types of dental insurance plans. HMO plans typically require you to choose a primary dentist and only receive coverage within a specific network, often with lower monthly premiums but limited provider options. PPO plans, on the other hand, offer more flexibility, allowing you to visit both in-network and out-of-network providers, usually with higher premiums but greater coverage options. At Whitlow Dental Care, we accept various insurance plans and can help you understand which benefits apply to your treatment.

Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your insurance plan, the type of procedure you need, and whether you have met your deductible. At Whitlow Dental Care, we work with many insurance providers to help maximize your benefits and minimize your costs. Before any treatment, we provide a detailed breakdown of estimated expenses so you know exactly what to expect. If needed, we also offer flexible financing options to make your dental care more affordable.

Insurance coverage varies based on your specific policy. Some procedures, such as cosmetic treatments or certain advanced restorations, may not be covered because they are considered elective rather than medically necessary. Additionally, some plans have frequency limitations or waiting periods that affect coverage. At Whitlow Dental Care, we can review your insurance benefits and explore alternative options, including payment plans, to ensure you get the care you need without financial stress.
