Insurance & Financing

We are contracted with Delta Dental Premier but we are also able to bill any PPO insurance plan. We can file the claims on your behalf, saving you the time and hassle. We can also give you an estimate of your out-of-pocket and what we estimate your insurance plan to pay. Please note that we do not assure insurance reimbursement outcomes. While we make every effort to maximize your reimbursement, you are responsible for all fees in their entirety. We also offer financing options, including CareCredit and Cherry. Insurance, Payment & Financing Support

Whitlow Dental Care is contracted with Delta Dental Premier and can submit claims for many PPO plans. The team can file claims, accept assignment of benefits when applicable, provide itemized receipts, and help patients understand out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, and benefit verification does not determine whether a plan will pay for treatment. Review available financing options; payment options also include cash, check, and debit.

Limited Treatment Warranties

Eligible treatment may include a limited written warranty: up to two years for implants and implant crowns, two years for implant-supported fixed full-arch prostheses, two years for traditional crowns, and one year for traditional dentures or snap-on dentures. Warranty eligibility depends on the treatment performed and compliance with the practice’s written care, maintenance, and follow-up requirements. Please ask for the complete terms before treatment.

Parking, Accessibility & Comfort

Metered street parking is available in front of the office, and validated parking is available across the street. Comfort amenities include private treatment rooms, extended-comfort seating, blankets and pillows, a beverage station, and sedation options for eligible patients. Assistance is available in English and Spanish.
